Role Overview
Seasonal Inbound (Stocking) role responsible for operations, process, and efficiency to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support a guest first culture across the store
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stocking, setting and selling Target products
Requirements & Eligibility
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
