Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze datasets related to user engagement, course performance, and business metrics.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights and reports.
- Build dashboards, perform statistical analyses, and develop data models that help optimize product offerings and learner success.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to communicate findings, recommend improvements, and track the impact of initiatives.
- Document methodologies, maintain data quality standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong analytical skills and experience with core data analytics techniques.
- Proficiency in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods for data-driven insights.
- Ability to design and implement data modeling solutions to support reporting and forecasting.
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and spreadsheet software.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of product management or education technology domains is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
