Key Responsibilities
- Executes per the annual production budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources.
- Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
- Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and service customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.
- Ensures operator training and continuous improvement methods are implemented in the organization and accountable for the production results of manufacturing work centers.
- Provides support to the cross functional plant teams, as required, during implementations to explain the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities and collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into p
Requirements & Eligibility
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of experience in team supervision, skill-matrix and attendance management in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical and analytical capability, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
