Defining, evolving, and executing the UK GTM strategy and operating model across regional commercial events and regulatory deadlines

Leading cross-functional alignment forums across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX teams to drive shared accountability and clear decision-making

Overseeing the UK GTM roadmap using tools like Asana while leveraging AI technology such as Claude

Maintaining comprehensive documentation across all strategic initiatives, relationships, and decisions

Requirements & Eligibility

Strategic leadership experience driving complex, multi-regional GTM programmes and commercial launches within SaaS or technology environments
Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with a track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams around shared outcomes
Broad commercial acumen combined with comfortable decision-making ability in ambiguous or fast-paced situations
Familiarity with modern project portfolio management tools such as Asana or Jira
Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to boost efficiency
Exceptional communication abilities suited to synthesizing progress, risks, and recommendations for executive leadership
