Role Overview
Reporting to the CHRO, the Sr Director of Total Rewards and HRIS will lead the design, delivery, and governance of Vir Bio's global compensation and benefits programs. You will also be responsible for the strategy and implementation of HR analytics initiatives and HRIS oversight across the HR function and broader organization.
