Role Overview

Vanguard is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive to drive business growth across the German-speaking region of Switzerland and Liechtenstein by working with Independent Financial Advisers, Wealth Managers, and Family Offices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing client relationships
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Promote Vanguard's investment capabilities, products, and services through meetings, presentations, and conferences
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding client experience

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven relevant industry experience, with previous sales experience highly desirable
Experience working within asset management, wealth management, private banking, or financial services environments
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Knowledge of investment products, particularly Exchange Traded Funds, Index Funds, and broader investment solutions
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Fluent German and English language skills are essential
