Role Overview

Build meaningful relationships with clients, help them navigate key financial decisions, and connect them with the right Vanguard products, services, and advice resources to meet their needs through proactive outbound outreach and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients’ goals, priorities, life events, outside assets, and unmet needs.
Manage a book of business through proactive outreach, responsive support, timely follow up, and thoughtful prioritization.
Educate clients about Vanguard solutions and connect them with specialists or advice professionals when appropriate.
Use consultative sales skills to deepen relationships, support retention and growth, and guide next steps.
Coordinate referrals and collaborate across Vanguard to deliver a positive client experience.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, sales, relationship management, wealth management, banking, or consulting.
Demonstrated success managing client relationships, client portfolios, or a sales pipeline.
Active SIE and Series 7 required at time of hire
Active Series 63/65 or 66 required, which may be completed after hire
