This role provides expert level technical support for the most critical projects. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware or software issues for new and existing technologies and tools. Plans and develops technical standards and documentation, enforces security best practices, supports disaster recovery and collaborates with teams to align cloud solutions with business needs.
