UTA seeks a Senior Vice President, Brand & Creative Services to lead and elevate its in-house creative studio, which supports the company globally.

UTA is a premier global talent agency built for the future of media and entertainment.

Set the vision for UTA's in-house brand studio, defining the creative marketing strategy and operating model

Own and continually evolve UTA's global brand identity and creative system

Partner with division heads, business leaders, and agents to increase pitch conversion and client retention

Lead the end-to-end creative development and operating model for high-stakes pitch decks and executive presentations

Shape how UTA translates our leadership position in culture across filmed and live entertainment

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, and strategy

Own the studio's budget, resource strategy, and external partner ecosystem

15+ years of progressive experience in creative services, branded content, creative strategy, or agency-side creative leadership
A track record of leading creative work that has influenced major brands, platform, entertainment, or talent partnerships
Proven experience building and leading high-performing creative teams
Exceptional narrative instincts and strategic judgment
Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, motion, video, and emerging presentation formats
Strong operational discipline and comfort leading in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
