Two Chairs is setting a new standard in mental health care with seamlessly integrated therapy and psychiatry delivered by highly trained clinicians, powered by smart technology, and measured for real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
- Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
Requirements & Eligibility
- Independently Licensed in Colorado as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) and EHR systems
Interview Process
Recruiter Interview (45-minute phone interview) followed by a Clinical Interview (45-minute video interview with a Clinical Manager).
