Role Overview
The Fraud Specialist, Supplier Operations & Governance will work constructively with customers and partners to resolve billing issues and fraudulent misuse of services. This role is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation, focusing on identifying billing discrepancies, investigating Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) or International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), and managing high-value disputes.
