Role Overview

Lead credit risk analytics and modeling engagements from solution design through implementation and monitoring, partnering with financial institutions and fintech clients to solve credit risk and lending challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Lead credit risk analytics and modeling engagements from solution design through implementation and monitoring.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
Develop, validate, and monitor credit risk scorecards and other predictive models.
Perform portfolio analytics, segmentation studies, and strategy assessments to improve business and risk outcomes.
Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM discipline with 5+ years of analytics and modeling experience.
Experience in credit risk modeling, scorecard development, model monitoring, validation, portfolio analytics, or risk strategy analytics.
Strong understanding of lending products including credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, or SME lending.
Experience working in a consulting environment – dealing directly with clients or business stakeholders.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or similar analytical tools with credit risk domain expertise
