Key Responsibilities

Learn and adhere to established form design procedures, ensuring compliance with government specifications, internal standards, and product requirements
Design, update, and maintain tax forms using Elixir DesignPro and other proprietary design tools
Ensure accuracy and quality while meeting project timelines and deliverables
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and support workflow automation
Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve quality
Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
0-1 year of experience in taxation or a related domain
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to take ownership and deliver on commitments
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
