Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Analytics Specialist to join our contact center. In this role, you will generate reports, transform data, analyze trends, spot outliers, present data to internal and external clients, and manage real-time workforce operations including scheduling and coordination to achieve service level and abandonment rate goals.
