Role Overview
As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and recommending solutions for internal problems within the business cycle, including but not limited to the business units of Sales, Loan Originations, Customer Services, Delinquent Loan Collections, and Loss Prevention. You will be responsible for establishing credit risk decisions, strategic analysis, and process optimization.
