Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, Creative Production Design, you will lead art directors, copywriters and production designers focused on developing omni-channel marketing collaterals for campaigns across digital to print which are both guest facing as well as for internal communications.

- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with global Marketing & Digital and Target Creative leadership.
- Champion faster, smarter, and more innovative ways of working.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and scaling processes.
Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years of experience in creative and production across various media channels, especially print design or packaging
- Bachelor's / master's degree in design / marketing / communication
- Proven leadership experience, including talent development and performance management
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative range and strategic problem-solving
- Strong expertise in design tools, creative technologies, and AI applications in design
- Strong art direction, visual design, and conceptual thinking skills
- Understanding and prior experience of creating content for Digital and Print is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to align stakeholders
