Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious Engineering and MBA graduates to join our HR team as a Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition in this 3-month full-time program.

Key Responsibilities

Support the complete hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding for non-technical roles
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice
Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences
Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire

Requirements & Eligibility

B.E/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, consultative approach
High ownership mindset with excellent follow-up discipline
Go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Willingness to commit to a full-time trainee program
