Role Overview

The Associate Merchandise Planner will own the Women’s Plus Bottoms forecast from pre-season planning through in-season management, building financial plans, forecasts, and performance analyses that drive sales, inventory productivity, and profitability across Fix and Freestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Own financial planning and forecasting within Women’s Plus Bottoms, including pre-season planning and in-season forecasting.
Analyze business performance across Fix and Freestyle, evaluating sales, inventory, product performance, and profitability.
Manage the rolling operating financial forecast (OTB/ROF) in partnership with Buying.
Build scenario analyses and business recaps that support in-season decision-making.
Partner cross-functionally and use modern tools and technology to improve planning processes and business outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
2–4 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, buying, merchandising, e-commerce, retail analytics, or a related analytical function.
Foundational understanding of retail math, merchandise financial planning, inventory management, and profitability KPIs.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
