Role Overview

As an Activation Engineer, you will be the technical counterpart to sales and account management teams, ensuring that customers are successful with Stedi from their first integration call through to running full production volume.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical counterpart on pre-sale deals and qualify opportunities
Own technical design during the proof-of-concept phase and establish use cases and requirements
Coordinate payer list matching and run insurance discovery batch tests
Drive ramping customers to expected transaction volume on the expected timeline
Build internal material that makes new functionality sellable such as feature overviews, demos, and best-practice writeups
Represent customers to Product by writing one-pagers that define customer problems and shape requirements

Requirements & Eligibility

You are technical with experience using and integrating APIs
Familiarity with data formats and standards such as JSON, X12, and other flat file formats
Proactive by default with a product mindset
Deep customer empathy and experience in customer-facing roles
Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management or excitement to learn
Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and hyper-responsive
