Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Support governance processes, dashboards, and reporting.
Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
Document processes, readiness assessments, and operational procedures.
Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Track actions, risks, dependencies, and program milestones.
Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Gather and synthesize information from multiple teams into actionable insights.

Requirements & Eligibility

B.Tech degree or equivalent or related field
Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Medium levels of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
Knowledge of data analytics, Macros and visualization
