Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for driving growth by proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on outreach performance
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeting strategies for high-potential accounts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs

Requirements & Eligibility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team
