Key Responsibilities

Find, test and validate ideas that exploit market inefficiencies.
Build research tools and data pipelines, using AI agents to speed up your work.
Present your findings to the team and defend them.

Requirements & Eligibility

Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field.
Strong coding and database skills.
Solid grounding in probability and statistics.
A genuine, enthusiastic AI user who builds things with AI tools.
Self-challenging and street smart.
Clear communicator with strong ownership.
