Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist with banking needs
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk management protocols
Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships
Educate customers on digital self-service tools
Assist with custodianship, audits, and operational tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements & Eligibility

High school diploma or GED
6+ months of cash handling experience
6+ months of demonstrated customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns
Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
Effective listening and communication skills
Computer proficiency and basic math skills
