Role Overview

This role is responsible for the achievement of sales, service, and operation goals for the Banking Center, assuming branch responsibility in the Manager's absence and working with clients to deepen share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities

Assists Banking Center Manager with achievement of banking center sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and employee development
Assumes responsibility for the banking center in the Manager's absence and ensures exceptional client experience
Responds to customers' needs by processing routine banking transactions accurately
Build COI’s by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand and create value
Successfully use lead management tools and resources to document activities, e.g., Salesforce

Requirements & Eligibility

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
0-2 years supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of all products and services
Ability to travel to various Banking Centers within the regions
