Keep a pulse on Salesforce platform health dashboards, alerts, and telemetry signals to catch anomalies early

Analyze alerts and log data to identify root causes and collaborate with SRE, Cloud Operations, and Engineering to resolve them

Proactively engage with affected customers to provide guidance and minimize disruptions

Document best practices and leverage internal automation tools to streamline support operations

Requirements & Eligibility

6–24 months in technical support, IT operations, or systems monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin (permission sets, flows, configurations) and basic Developer fundamentals (Apex, LWC, SOQL, debug logs)
Understanding of cloud computing (SaaS), web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs), and monitoring concepts
Flexibility to work different shifts (APAC/EMEA/AMER) and occasional weekends/holidays
