As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer in Applied AI, you will sit with teams to learn operational workflows, build and ship tools to automate manual tasks, and ensure privacy-by-design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with business and clinical teams to learn how work gets done
Ship tools that teams use every week to reduce manual work
Help teams run each tool on its own and build reusable components for future workflows
Implement privacy-by-design principles for mental health care data

Requirements & Eligibility

8+ years shipping production-quality software systems with end-to-end ownership of outcomes
Proven track record of shipping tools or products used weekly by customers or business teams
Deep experience learning operational workflows through observation, interviews, or data
Daily use of coding agents with rigorous evaluation practices and privacy-by-design standards
