Role Overview
HR Advisor serves as the primary on-site HR contact in Malaysia, delivering trusted advice to line managers while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, audits, and policy guidelines. Coordinates end-to-end HR process execution, onboarding, and local change initiatives in close alignment with regional People Partners, COE, and GBS teams.
