Lead Medical Science Manager (MSM) team to be field-base medical expertises for medical science in assigned disease area and develop and execution of territory medical plan align with Disease Area medical strategy. Strengthen TAE management in the field by building up and continuously improving the capability and capacity of MSM DA team to ensure high quality scientific engagement.
