Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to take messy loan and recovery data, clean it, build dashboards, write SQL, and use AI/LLMs to extract structured data and drive recovery insights.

About Resollect

Resollect is a Mumbai-based startup fixing how debt recovery works in India. We work with banks, asset reconstruction companies (ARCs) and NBFCs, combining legal processes with smart automation, clean design, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Build and own dashboards for clients and internal teams
Tame messy client data, clean loan-book dumps, and build data pipelines
Write SQL and own data quality across internal systems
Find what drives recovery and turn that into clear recommendations
Automate recurring client MIS and reporting
Use AI / LLMs to extract structured data from documents such as notices and court orders
Work with tech and operations on data models, tracking, and new product features

Requirements & Eligibility

1-3 years as an analyst (strong freshers with real projects are welcome)
Strong SQL and Excel
Python (pandas) is a big plus
Dashboarding experience in Power BI, Looker, Metabase or similar
Structured thinking and clear communication
