Internal Communications & Employer Branding Trainee at Relex | HYRX

Support the day-to-day delivery of internal communications, including newsletter production, communications calendar management, and small requests from teams across the business

Help maintain, update and create content for our employer branding channels, including the careers page and social media

Assist with events through planning, coordination, on-site help and related communications

Support the execution of recruitment campaigns

Identify and try out ways to automate or simplify repetitive tasks, using tools like Asana, Claude and ChatGPT

Take on project-based tasks, such as intranet support or email distribution list clean-up

Requirements & Eligibility

Curiosity about AI and automation
Communications exposure is a plus
Comfort with tools such as Office 365, SharePoint or OneDrive
Organised, proactive and reliable with recurring tasks
