Role Overview

The Red Hat Territory Sales Team is looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join us, acting as trusted advisors to drive multi-product adoption across Red Hat's open hybrid cloud portfolio and collaborating with ecosystem channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Create and lead your Territory Execution plan
Drive partner attach to all sales opportunities
Promote partner-driven sales motions
Support pipeline creation activities with Specialized Partners, Value-Add Distributors (VADs), and Value-Add Resellers (VARs)
Manage Deal Registration and lead/opportunity pass to partners
Drive deal progression and forecast all partner driven opportunities
Interlock with Ecosystem resource to develop partner sales execution strategy and identify gaps
Act as partner escalation to support and remove blockers

Requirements & Eligibility

Quota Attainment (new, renewal, and expansion)
Sales process and pipeline progression (e.g. MEDDPICC)
Forecast input accuracy
