Role Overview
We are looking for a Director, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to join our G&A team and Executive Leadership Team. This role reports to our CEO, Melissa Gordon, and owns the full employee lifecycle for a global, remote-first team of about 90 people across 13 US states and 12 countries.

Enterprises across banking, insurance, telecom, healthcare, and retail use Rasa to create agents they can fully own, from customer service and voice to internal support.
