Role Overview

Join us as a Senior Product Designer and design Qonto’s credit and investment experience as we grow into a bank, working hand in hand with product and tech.

Key Responsibilities

Design 0-to-1 credit and investment features transforming heavy processes into simple, intuitive experiences

Run discovery as an equal to your PM, leading market and user research

Design with purpose under real constraints such as regulation, backend, and partner limits

Own the work from first sketch to launch, specs, delivery, QA, and iteration

Shape the solution with tech from day one by building with PM and a new tech team

Keep user experience consistent by aligning with other internal teams

Requirements & Eligibility

Senior product design experience with shipped end-to-end product work
Product thinking: frame the problem before opening Figma and tie decisions to business impact
Experience turning a complex, regulated process into an enjoyable experience
Solution-oriented ownership and comfort with unclear paths
Stakeholder fluency working with PMs, engineers, Legal, Risk, and partners
AI-native workflow using AI tools across research, exploration, and prototyping
Ability to move fast without cutting corners in a regulated environment
