Key Responsibilities

Build the shared platform including event-driven orchestration, a unified communication log, and preference management
Close critical regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, and unlock new opportunities for growth
Turn fragmented tools and use cases into a cohesive, scalable system that teams across Qonto can easily adopt
Partner closely with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to align stakeholders and define clear scope and ownership

Requirements & Eligibility

Senior Product Management experience
Comfortable owning a platform-level problem spanning multiple tools and internal customers
Hands-on experience with communication or CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or other notification or email systems
Ability to operate in environments where Regulatory, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams have competing claims
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
