Role Overview
The Senior Workforce Manager will own the global capacity planning framework across all Qonto operations factories, including Banking Operations, AML/Fraud, KYCB, and Customer Care. This role involves designing capacity models, managing BPO relationships at a strategic and contractual level, and aligning factory-level WFM analysts.
