Key Responsibilities

Validate complex customer and company profiles by reviewing KYC/KYB cases, analysing corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and business models
Review KYC/KYB documentation across the customer lifecycle including passports, DNIs, company registration certificates, financial statements, and proof of address
Communicate directly with Spanish clients via written and verbal interactions to unblock cases, request missing documents, and explain regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Anti-Financial Crime, AML, and Fraud teams on exceptions, escalations, and risk signals
Contribute to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and helping reduce lead time

Requirements & Eligibility

1-3 years of experience in KYC/KYB, customer care, compliance, fintech, banking, or regulated customer operations
Comfortable reviewing complex legal and company documents, spotting inconsistencies, and making structured decisions under ambiguity
Fluent written and spoken Spanish is essential, alongside proficiency in English
Proactive ownership mindset and ability to prioritize under pressure
