Join us as Customer Care Agent Netherlands and help Dutch SMEs and freelancers succeed with Qonto. You will guide and support our clients, delivering sharp and fast support via email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities

Delight Dutch customers with sharp, fast support by email, chat, and phone
Surface insights and flag root causes, contributing around one improvement a month through PDCA cycles
Reach a Stellar Support score of 70/100 or above, answering chats in under 5 minutes and emails in under 30
Identify anomalies and propose better ways of solving problems
Keep your team aligned by sharing what is changing with teammates

Requirements & Eligibility

Fluent Dutch and English (speak and write both fluently)
At least 1 year in a customer-facing role, or a first internship in client-facing work
Customer-centric mindset with empathy and adaptable tone
Comfortable with ticketing systems (Zendesk is a plus) and quick to pick up new tools
Team mindset with ability to collaborate and give/receive feedback openly
