Role Overview

We are looking for a Tax Senior Associate to join our Corporate Tax Services practice within our Tax department to provide proactive assistance, assist with tax due diligence, advise clients on business transactions, and research complex tax issues.

Key Responsibilities

Providing proactive assistance with the management of several clients
Assisting with the buy side and sell side of tax due diligence
Assisting with advising clients on the structuring of business transactions and tax implications thereof
Reviewing/preparing annual corporate income tax returns
Researching complex tax issues
Interpreting tax legislation and writing advice on the tax consequences of various ad hoc queries

Requirements & Eligibility

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
At least 2 years of experience in Tax Consulting/Accounting/Audit environment
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
A high level of MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication skills and developed interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and provide solutions for business problems through research and consulting with subject matter experts
