Oversee the underwriting process for insurance policies, ensuring accurate and efficient assessment within standard turnaround time

Develop and implement underwriting guidelines, ensuring compliance with reinsurance guidelines and regulatory standards

Identify and analyze bottlenecks within the underwriting process and implement strategies to mitigate them

Establish and maintain a governance framework for underwriting operations

Lead team development initiatives by organizing regular training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing opportunities

Deliver underwriting process training to the nationwide sales force

Requirements & Eligibility

Medical Bachelor degree or Doctor of Medicine (MD) or other relevant degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Underwriting Services Management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong medical knowledge
