Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer or an experienced Paralegal to join our Alternative Business’ Legal Department to support the review of key early-stage transaction documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), engagement letters, hold harmless letters, and consultancy agreements.
