Role Overview
As the Director, Smart Connected Systems & Solutions, you will be responsible for service and solutions strategy (along with Service Marketing), develop roadmap and execute on service solutions for IGT cluster. You will lead a complete Serviceability team comprising Sr Managers, Architects and R&D Product Manager, and strategize and deliver to all IGTS programs and initiatives for service solutions.
