Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinate complex interview schedules, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to final decision
Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars and time zones
Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
Operate independently in ambiguity and create structure
Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale recruiting processes
Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support
Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on candidate and internal stakeholder experiences

Requirements & Eligibility

2-4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative
High-velocity operator who moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
