We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave, leading the SDK roadmap and protecting at-risk revenue.

Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end including release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy

Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface from AI tagging to agentic installation and AI guide building extensions

Run the escalation motion, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication

Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule like offline guide serving and session replay payload reduction

Protect at-risk ARR by partnering with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts

Own cross-platform unification and developer experience to close hybrid framework gaps

Requirements & Eligibility

5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization
3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM
Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint
Demonstrated AI product judgment
