Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team as Manager - Taxation & Finance to manage direct and indirect tax compliance, tax accounting, regulatory reporting, audits, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Direct Tax and GST compliance including return filing, tax payments, reconciliations, and statutory reporting

Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and reporting of TDS, TCS, and other applicable taxes

Review tax implications of new products, business initiatives, contracts, and transactions

Support tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation by preparing responses and maintaining documentation

Ensure accurate accounting of Current Tax, Deferred Tax, GST, and other statutory levies

Strengthen tax governance through robust SOPs, documentation, and internal controls

Drive automation of tax compliance, reconciliations, and reporting processes

Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Requirements & Eligibility

Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
4-8 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax, GST, Tax Accounting, Finance & Regulatory Compliance
Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Broking, NBFC, or Banking will be preferred
