Key Responsibilities

Complete a curated series of lectures and coursework on trading fundamentals

Join one of our research teams and apply acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios

Ensure the accuracy of core pricing models and work closely with traders

Use statistical models and machine learning to develop trading algorithms

Develop risk management and portfolio optimization tools

Leverage big data technologies to analyze high-frequency trading strategies

Build stochastic models to determine the fair value of financial derivatives

Collaborate with developers to test and implement enhancements to trading systems

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's university student, graduating in 2029
Majoring in a quantitative field
Inquisitive and critical thinker
Strong knowledge of probability and statistics
Programming experience in any language (C, C++, Python, JAVA, etc.)
Ability to carry a project on your own in a structured way within a short timeframe
Experience in working with large datasets
Able to clearly articulate in both verbal and written English
