Role Overview
OpenGov is seeking a Director, HR to lead our HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Talent Enablement functions in Pune, reporting to the global Chief Administrative Officer. This is a highly visible, locally-led role: you'll set the vision and operating rhythm for how OpenGov supports its India-based employees, while staying tightly aligned to global HR strategy and standards.
