Role Overview

Per Diem Primary Care Physician to see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements & Eligibility

Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible Resident
State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date
