Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in a per diem, hourly clinician role as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements & Eligibility

At least 2 years of primary care experience required
Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington
The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
Board Certification
