The Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching reports to the VP, Operational Excellence and serves as the business operations dyad partner to the Senior Director of Health Coaching & Practice, leading strategy, business planning, and data-driven continuous-improvement efforts.

Document and manage business priorities, project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria and project milestones

Develop solutions, identify owners, set delivery/completion dates and set up mechanisms to ensure programs are on track

Proactively identify and resolve issues that affect Omada’s Care Teams and/or member experience

Facilitate decision making and alignment across a broad group of stakeholders

Analyze data to perform needs and task analysis, scope projects and evaluate existing processes to propose solutions

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years of program management experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
