Role Overview

As a member of the CSP Cloud Desk Support Team, you will work with data in both AWS Systems and our Salesforce instance to drive informed decision-making and account accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Support a regional theater sales team in systems administration and related tasks

Leverage multiple AI tools to further refine and sharpen Operations reporting capabilities

Collaborate with internal and external teams to map accounts and provide pipeline updates

Review deal structure and provide operational support for Private Offer creation

Review and take ownership of support tickets from initiation through resolution

Complete deal tagging across multiple tools to ensure proper sales compensation

Monitor origination sources and associate them with the correct SFDC Opportunity

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or 3 years with the AWS Partner tools
Previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS Marketplace is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
